Tonight I watched Chow Down on Hulu.com. This could be such an eye opener for so many people. I never heard of it until Dr. Malloy told me about it. Why is that? The statistics in our country are staggering when it comes to disease, many of which are unknowingly self induced! We are killing ourselves with food. So sad. But for the most part, most don't even know it. I wish everyone would watch this, and then tell someone else to watch it.
