THE GREEN WAVE

I am so excited about all the interest that has been generated by my green smoothie habit. I have so many friends, family members, and even total strangers adding it to their daily routine.  I am calling it the Green Wave!


It tells me that many of us are out there looking for health benefits that don't come in a pill.  We all want energy and optimal health.  In such a short time, three months, my life, health, attitude, and energy level has remarkably improved. Remarkably!

At the urging of my good friend and coworker, Ashley, we have decided to have an informal gathering to share our experience of Green Smoothies.  So if you have any questions, or just want to know what the hub bub is all about, please join us on Tuesday, November 16th, from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at St. Mary's library. (1347 E 49th Pl in Tulsa)

  2. My first visit to your blog, by invitation from Dr. Malloy. He dx me yesterday w/ fibromyalgia, so I plan to be a frequent guest at your blog.
    Just getting started w/ the whole diet change...

  3. Dr. Malloy is great, and I will tell you this nutrition thing really does work for fibromyalgia. It is remarkable. While I am sad you have been diagnosed with it, please be encouraged to know you can conquer it, rather than it conquering you. I would be very happy to help you any way I can. I do have a facebook page, but I don't use it much. Email or the blog is best.

    I am glad you checked out my blog. I hope my experiences can help you in some way.

    My first suggestion is to start (TODAY) drinking green smoothies! And if you would like to come talk green, please don't hesitate to do so.

    I have a green smoothie for breakfast every morning and even take some to the gym, instead of water.
